Time to break out the cake and balloons! Selena Gomez turns 21 today and plans on a big celebration for her milestone year.
Gomez spoke to MTV News about the event back in May stating, "I'm going to have a huge party, so I'm excited." According to the interview Selena doesn't usually celebrate her birthday's in a big way just a dinner with friends. Gomez continued to say, "I think my friends are more excited than I am because they are older than me and they are like, 'We can finally take you places!'"
The celebration won't end tonight, the starletts much anticipated album release will be tuesday July 23rd!
